Led by Seifallah Zoghbi.
Seif has spent more than two decades working across industries where operational complexity is the norm — healthcare, logistics, education, manufacturing, and technology. He has founded companies, built products, and led transactions across the Middle East, always working closely with operators who understand the realities on the ground.
What he learned is simple: most industries know the problems they need to solve, but rarely have the structure, speed, or talent to build the solutions.
The Foundry exists to change that — a studio where operators, builders, and investors work side-by-side to create technology with real deployment from day one.

Venture Builder
Ali has spent his career where product meets capital — building inside startup teams, then evaluating ventures from the investment side. That dual lens shaped how he thinks about what actually ships versus what stays on a slide deck.
At The Foundry, he brings that discipline to every venture: pressure-testing ideas early, structuring execution from day one, and making sure nothing stays theoretical for long.

Nour has worked across venture programs and startup ecosystems, supporting founders as they build and scale early-stage companies. Through that work she has seen where ideas stall and what it takes for ventures to turn ambition into execution.
At The Foundry, Nour focuses on turning operational insight into practical products, working alongside operators and builders to develop solutions designed to scale from day one.
